They are found in foods such as vegetable oils, fish, and seafood. These acids can only be obtained with food. If you want to lose weight, then preference should be given to unsaturated fats, such as mono and polyunsaturated fatty acids.

Unsaturated fatty acids help to reduce the level of bad cholesterol, prevent cardiovascular diseases and burn fat (especially in the abdomen) without cutting calories in the diet.
